A: Yes — most full kitchens need all three. Smaller grilling islands can sometimes run on propane only with no plumbing.
A: Porcelain, granite, and concrete all hold up well to freeze–thaw. Avoid marble — it stains and etches outdoors.
A: Yes, if built right. We use frost-rated materials, proper drainage, and recommend covers for appliances. We winterize plumbing every fall if needed.
